Sculpture representing a stylized and partially openwork male torso that explores the boundary between strength and fragility through my metal lace technique.
This sculpture gives an impression of airy lightness while retaining the robustness of the material.
The metal is finely shaped, revealing organic voids that evoke a poetic erosion. This structure is then covered with 24 carat gold leaves, bringing a sumptuous light and a precious aura to the whole.
Pavarti Virvoltant is both a tribute to the human body and a reflection on impermanence, sublimated by the shine of gold.
The metal lace is obtained by dripping by melting the steel drop by drop.
