Purchase option of 3% of the initial amount
Duration from 13 to 48 months
Minimum amount: €1000

Art leasing allows you to finance the purchase of a sculpture through your company, while benefiting from tax deductions.

Companies and liberal professions can rent an artwork for a duration of 13 to 48 months. At the end of the contract, they just have to pay the residual amount to definitively acquire the chosen artwork.

Reduction of taxable income

  • Leasing is a way for a company to get a tax exemption on an artwork because it allows it to deduct the rents from its taxes. This solution allows considering an artwork as an expense and not as a fixed asset.

  • 100% of the rents paid are deductible from corporate tax (IS for companies) or income tax (IRPP for liberal professions), according to article 238 bis AB of the CGI, General Tax Code. Thus, financing an artwork through leasing comes with an interesting tax deduction.

Limited risks

  • Leasing allows you to maintain your borrowing capacity because it is considered a rental expense. Each month, you pay a rent, that is, the monthly payment previously approved by the bank, which allows you to progressively finance the artwork being acquired while already displaying it in your workspace. It is a legal and advantageous way to make a purchase over several months or years while benefiting from a tax deduction.

Option exercise

  • Before signing the art leasing contract, you choose to spread your rents as you wish, from 13 to 48 months, and you receive an accurate simulation of the tax savings achieved through tax exemption. At the end of the contractual period, you strengthen your company's assets by simply paying the residual value equal to 3% of the financed amount, or you can decide to acquire the artwork personally by only paying the purchase option.

All companies with headquarters in France, Belgium, Germany, and Luxembourg can benefit from art leasing.

I offer you this solution thanks to my partnership with ARTSPER to ensure you a reliable and secure financial partner with Collectionism.
The following documents are required to establish the contract:
