This sculpture represents a life-size female bust and is part of the Belisama series, dedicated to founding female figures and the energy of the living. 
Made in metal lace, the work combines steel and bronze in an openwork, organic, almost telluric structure. 
The bronze lines outline an internal framework, evoking vital networks, while the raw and textured steel lets light and space circulate, like a deep breath.
By its human scale, Gaia establishes a frontal and silent presence.
