Metal and glass sculpture representing an idol. This sculpture is made of steel lace and pâte de verre.

The metal lace is obtained by dripping by melting the steel drop by drop, which guarantees that each sculpture is unique. The pâte de verre is created by melting glass in a mold.

Emerging from the depths of our archaic memories, this idol looks at us from its 5000 years. Originally made of stone, reproduced many times, it stimulates in my hands a form of inspiration and humility. So ancient and so modern, timeless, feminine, it enhances the metal lace or the pâte de verre. A meeting with its collective past and a creative vision of the future that allows savoring the present moment.
