The work is a visual duality: on one side, a structured and serene face emerges from the material, while on the other, a composition of organic lace seems to dissolve into the void. The metal lace technique here creates a striking play of contrasts. The solid parts softly outline human features, while the openwork parts suggest a form of organized chaos, almost vegetal or cellular. Mounted a few inches from the wall, this wall sculpture casts its own shadow, adding extra depth and a second interpretation to the work.
